Website terms
Terms of Use
Last updated:
These terms govern use of the ValStratis website, public content, discovery-call booking flow, and related communications. They are not a master services agreement, statement of work, work order, or retainer agreement.
When ValStratis performs client work, the signed agreement, proposal, statement of work, or written approval for that work controls the service, scope, price, support boundary, and deliverables.
Who we are
ValStratis is the business name used by Solutions ValStratis for technology services in operations, sales, automation, and managed AI systems. You can reach us at contact [at] valstratis [dot] com.
Using this website
You may use this website to learn about ValStratis, read public material, and book a discovery call. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
Client work needs a separate agreement
A discovery call does not create a client relationship, reserve implementation capacity, or authorize paid work. Paid work begins only when the relevant agreement, proposal, statement of work, work order, or written approval is accepted.
If a signed client agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed client agreement controls for that client work.

| Privacy Policy | Personal information, cookies, analytics consent, providers, retention, and privacy rights. |
| Discovery call | A mutual-fit conversation. It does not authorize paid work by itself. |

Website content
Public content on this site is for general information. It may describe common operating problems, service examples, or technology patterns, but it is not legal, accounting, tax, security, or professional advice for your specific business.
We try to keep the site accurate, but public content may be incomplete, out of date, or simplified for readability.
Intellectual property
Unless another agreement says otherwise, the ValStratis name, site design, copy, diagrams, code-owned site components, and public materials belong to ValStratis or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, frame, or commercially reuse them without written permission.
References to third-party tools, logos, or providers are nominative. They do not imply sponsorship, certification, or endorsement unless that relationship is stated in writing.
Electronic communications
When you email us, book a call, use Cal.com, reply in Slack, or communicate through another agreed channel, you consent to receive related electronic communications from ValStratis. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
SMS Terms of Service
If you text ValStratis first, you understand that we may reply and continue the conversation by SMS. If you provide your mobile number in a booking, project, support, or client context, we may send operational SMS only when you ask for them or consent to receive them.
Operational SMS may include booking confirmations, scheduling help, call reminders, project questions, status updates, document links, support follow-ups, and feedback requests. Message frequency varies by matter.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email contact [at] valstratis [dot] com. We treat STOP as an immediate opt-out for future SMS, subject to carrier and system processing.
Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
AI-assisted work
ValStratis may use AI model providers and automation tools to draft, analyze, summarize, classify, route, or support client work when appropriate. AI-assisted outputs are working materials, not a substitute for owner review, professional judgment, or the approval process set out in a client agreement.
Third-party tools
The website and ValStratis services may connect with third-party tools such as booking, email, CRM, payment, accounting, messaging, transcription, VoIP, hosting, and AI model providers. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Payments, invoices, and taxes
Prices, payment schedules, taxes, retainers, support boundaries, and approval rules are set out in the applicable client agreement, proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written approval. The public website does not create a fixed price or guarantee availability.
No guarantees and limits of liability
The public website is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, ValStratis is not responsible for loss arising from your use of public website content or from temporary interruption of the site.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Québec or Canadian law, and nothing overrides a signed client agreement that gives you different rights for paid work.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada that apply in Québec. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, disputes connected to these terms are submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Québec.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website, services, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest update.
